About Us
Michelle and Paul Martinez are local residents with children attending Horizon High school. Paul, a former Marine and police officer has traded his career for an apron and loving it! Michelle has been in the restaurant business over 17 years in California, North Carolina and now in Colorado.
Michelle spent several years taking care of her terminally ill Godparents and is now fulfilling her dream of owning a local neighborhood bagel deli. Paul and Michelle hope to know everyone by their first name and create an atmosphere where locals like to visit their friends, have a great cup of Joe and a hot fresh pastry or true deli sandwich.
